Music in the Parks - Friday, June 7th - ALL DAY

Attendance
Since music is a performance subject area, concert attendance is mandatory. Any conflict must be brought to the attention of Mr. Halpern, Mr. Michalowski, or Mrs. Hamilton immediately.

Dress Rehearsals
All performing groups have dress rehearsals at VHS either the day of or the day before the evening concert. They will be bused from HBW to VHS during school time. They do not need to be wearing concert attire.

Concert Attire
There is an important visual aspect to musical performance. Therefore, it is important that the concert attire (as well as the school dress code) is followed.

All students should wear:
1. Plain, white, button down dress shirt tucked into plain, black dress pants or slacks.
2. Black socks and black dress shoes.
3. A maroon bow-tie will be provided on the night/day of the concert.
Please note that jeans and/or sneakers are not appropriate.

Students should arrive to all concerts already dressed in concert uniforms. There is no time to change before the performance.
