• Mr. Moschella

    Grade 8 Science and Anthropology

Mr. Moschella is extremely excited to begin his eighth year on the staff of H. B. Whitehorne!  He is also excited to meet his latest group of incoming 8th graders!

Prior to his time in Verona, Mr. Moschella worked in Paramus, where he taught sixth grade Language Arts and Science. His previous career in the broadcast engineering field taught him the meaning of grace under pressure and affords him a unique perspective on the classroom. Mr. Moschella holds a BA in Psychology from Lafayette College and completed the Post Baccalaureate Teaching program at William Paterson University.  The state of New Jersey has certified him to teach kindergarten through fifth grade with endorsements for middle school Science and Language Arts.  Lastly, as a professional musician for over twenty-five years, his musical sensibilities and artistic awareness also bring a distinctive point of view to the teaching field.   In his free time, he loves to spend time outdoors with his wife and two children, play music, read and watch movies.
