    Mrs. Crudele graduated from Hudson County Community College, Jersey City, New Jersey in 1997, obtaining an Associates Degree in Applied Science with a major in Legal Assistance.  She worked as a legal clerk for the Office of the United States Trustee in Newark, New Jersey and then as a paralegal for private law firms.  Mrs. Crudele continued her education at William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology in May of 2000.  In September of 2000 she began her career in education as a Special Education teacher at Snyder High School in Jersey City, New Jersey where she worked for two years.  Mrs. Crudele was granted a Master of Arts degree in Special Education from New Jersey City University in May 2002 with a certification as a Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant.  During her third year as an educator in the Jersey City school district, Mrs. Crudele worked as a Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant in P.S. #40, a middle school consisting of grades 6-8.  She completed her fourth year in Jersey City as an Primary Autistic Teacher at P.S. #39, with students  ages 5-7.  While employed in Jersey City Mrs. Crudele worked as a Mentor/Counselor for the "15 Together"/PACE Program which serviced "at risk" students as they transitioned from 8th grade through to Sophomore year in High School.  She was also one of two coaches for both the Snyder High School J.V. and Varsity girls volleyball teams, a site manager for the Snyder boys volleyball and a book keeper for the boys basketball teams. She also worked for two summers as an Autistic Teacher at Regional Day School in Jersey City.  

    As a member of the Child Study Team, Mrs. Crudele's duties include evaluating students and assisting teachers with strategies for teaching students with learning differences.
