Spectator Code of Conduct
All fans, home or away, must follow the Super Essex Code of Conduct to demonstrate the traits we pass on to our future generations of fans. Fans who choose not to exhibit proper sportsmanship or unacceptable behavior will be asked to leave the premises. The Role of Parents in Athletics
A successful experience for the athlete involves the communication triangle between parent, athlete and coach. If handled correctly, with both parent and coach working together for the benefit of the athlete, the athletic experience can be extremely positive.
The National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) offers a free Positive Sports Training Module that provides information and resources to help educate parents on the importance of proper behavior in school sports and the role they must play to ensure that the student has a positive sports experience.
