SAT Parent Consent Form
All parents are required to sign and submit a consent form in order for the school to electronically apply for accommodations for your child. This form must be submitted to your Case Manager prior to applying for accommodations. -
SAT - Letter To Parents
Please see the attached letter from the College Board to parents who are seeking accommodations for their child. -
SAT Accommodation Information
To receive accommodations for the PSAT/SAT, an application must be submitted to the College Board with documentation (current IEP and evaluations). The College Board will then determine if your child is approved. Please be aware that just because your child has an IEP or 504 Accommodation Plan, it does not guarantee your child will receive accommodations on the PSAT/SAT.Parents can apply directly to College Board for accommodations, but typically this is done through your child's case manager. Please see the attached application.
