Once we return to school and participate in Physical Education in person, all students must make a complete change from the clothes that they wore to school to appropriate clothing for physical education.  The students may wear shorts, sweatpants, t-shirts, and sweatshirts.  Socks and sneakers are required.  Clothing may not contain inappropriate slogans or sayings and should be maroon, white, gray, black, or navy blue.  Flip-flops, sandals, boots, or open-back sneakers may not be worn during physical education

During the first three weeks of the marking period the students will be participating in various lifetime fitness activities as well as participating in various physical fitness tests.  Students Scores on this test will be recorded and used as a standard for growth and development as the marking period progresses.  The lifetime fitness activities that the students will be participating will range from aerobic activities of varying intensity levels, body weight strength training activities, core strength activities,  as well as yoga, mobility, and flexibility activities.

     Driver Education
During the marking period the class will be studying, discussing, and reviewing pertinent material from the NJ Driver Manual.  The information contained in this manual and the corresponding assignments and tests that the students will complete during the marking period will assist them in successfully passing the NJ State Written Driver Examination.  The State written test will be administered to the class during the first week of November.
