• Mr. Cogdill  
     
    "Mr. Cogdill served for nine years in the classroom where he taught business courses in Finance and Web Design. Since leaving the classroom, Mr. Cogdill has spent the last six years as an Assistant Principal at both Randolph High School in Morris County and Westwood Regional Jr./Sr. High School in Bergen County. In addition to his role as an Assistant Principal, Mr. Cogdill has also served as the Supervisor of Family and Consumer Science at Randolph High School and the Applied Technology and Business Supervisor at Westwood Regional Jr./Sr. High School. While in Westwood, Mr. Cogdill was directly responsible for redesigning and modernizing the Applied Technology Department to be a S.T.E.A.M. centered environment where students were engaged in experiential, project-based learning, using the engineering design process, incorporating modern technologies such as 3D printers, laser cutters, CAD and robotics whereby students made their learning tangible. Mr. Cogdill has a proven record of creating and fostering a data-driven, student centered environment where he has supported the coordination of improvement initiatives in the areas of student intervention, grading and assessment. Mr. Cogdill earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at Ramapo College. He completed his post-baccalaureate studies at Ramapo College in Education and a Masters of Arts Degree in Education Leadership at New Jersey City University."
