The New Jersey State Board of Education adopted the Student Learning Standards (NJSLS) in June 2020 for seven content areas: (1) Career Readiness, Life Literacies & Key Skills, (2) Comprehensive Health & Physical Education (3) Science, (4) Social Studies, (5) Computer Science & Design Thinking, (6) Visual & Performing Arts, and (7) World Languages. Math and ELA will be revised in the spring of 2023.
