Medication in School
Students who require medication (over the counter and prescription) in school must have a written order from their health care provider. Please submit all medications and physician's orders directly to the school nurse.- Asthma treatment plan (For students who require an inhaler or nebulizer during school hours)
- Life threatening allergy action plan (For students who require epinephrine for life threatening allergic emergencies)-An allergy Action plan from a physician's office is permissible.

It is highly recommended that the Life Threatening Allergy Action Plan be used for students who require Epipens and the Asthma Treatment Plan be used for students with asthma.)
All medication must be picked up at the end of the school year.
