• Join us for the Laning Avenue SCA Tricky Tray
    “Peace, Love & Art”
    March 18, 2020
    Richfield Regency

The Laning Avenue School and Community Association (SCA) is proud to partner with the faculty and staff of Laning Avenue School to support student achievement, build character and foster community pride. To that end, we are busy preparing for our “Peace, Love & Art” Tricky Tray* event.

On behalf of the Tricky Tray committee, I hope you will be able to join us at 6:30 p.m. on March 18, 2020, at the Richfield Regency in Verona. The proceeds from this event will be used to provide the resources our children need for success. In recent years, the SCA has been able to purchase state-of-the-art technology and develop new programs, thanks to our generous supporters.

You can contribute to this important fundraiser in a number of ways:

    1. Be a sponsor.
Sponsors will be recognized on our website and at the event. Please refer to the attached Sponsorship Form for the different levels of sponsorship and benefits associated with each.
    2. Make a donation.
We need prizes, as well as baskets, picture frames, ribbon, tissue paper and other wrapping materials. If you would prefer to have us shop for you, we will gratefully accept a monetary donation. Please refer to the attached Donation Form for more information.
    3. Buy a ticket.
Admission tickets will go on sale in a few months. The cost is $55 each. Raffle ticket bundles also will be available for purchase. Please note: Tickets are non-refundable, and this is an adult-only event.
    4. Join the committee.
We will need a lot of help to organize this event – both beforehand and that night! Please reach out if you are interested in volunteering.

    Thank you for your consideration.

    Sincerely,

    Joanna Gagis (joannagagis2@gmail.com / cell: 973.951.1019)

*At a Tricky Tray fundraiser, participants buy raffle tickets and place the tickets in containers near the prizes they hope to win. One person can put as many tickets as he or she wants in a given container to increase the odds of winning. The winning ticket numbers are called during dinner. Participation is optional.
