Team #316, the CompSci Life Savers, is a group from Verona High School. Team members include Madeline Meyer, Samuel Marcillo-Gomez, Daniel Watabe, and Lawrence Studwell.
Madeline Meyer: Madeline is a senior and the designer on the team. She is a creative thinker and enjoys all different forms of art.
Samuel Marcillo-Gomez: Samuel is a junior who loves coding. He is tall, dark and handsome. Sam's origin is unknown.
Lawrence Studwell: Lawrence is a junior who is your typical teenager. He grew up in the suburbs of New Jersey. He is the fourth Lawrence in his family.
Daniel Watabe: Daniel is an asian european junior, who has an interest in advancing computer technology, specifically cyber security.

We all have a passion for technology whether it is using photoshop or illustrator for digital arts, dreamweaver for website design, or eclipse for computer programming. Computer Science can seem intimidating, but it actually isn’t too hard. Learning java is just a stepping stone into a wonderful and refreshing world, just like learning a language like spanish or mandarin. We made this website to encourage others to take that first step and to become one of the,hopefully, many computer programmers in this technological era.
