AP Registration - Due November 1, 2025
October 16, 2025
Dear Verona High School Community:
During the weeks of May 4-8 and May 11-15, Verona High School will be administering AP Exams to registered students. Students that take and score well on an AP Exam may earn credit and/or placement at most colleges and universities. We strongly encourage all students to sit for the corresponding exam for all AP courses.
Students are required to take the AP exam in order to earn the course’s AP weighting for their GPA.
Students not enrolled in an AP course are permitted to register for AP Exams at their own discretion.
Students planning to take an AP exam are required to register by November 1st to avoid a late fee. The cost per AP exam is $103. We strongly recommend that parents and students are both present while registering to ensure that the correct exams are ordered.
To register, please follow these two mandatory steps:
Visit www.TotalRegistration.net/AP/311550 to log in (if a previous AP test taker) or create a new username and password (for first time TR users).
Please be sure to have a credit card or debit card available before beginning registration.
Paying online is a great way to make sure that payment has been made while avoiding mailing payment.
If not already enrolled, students must join the appropriate MyAP Classroom for each course. Instructions will be provided in Total Registration.
Students must have a Collegeboard account and know their username and password in order to join their AP classroom.
When they register for the AP classrooms, the student’s account then indicates they are registered for the corresponding exam; however, exams will only be ordered if Total Registration is utilized for registration as well.
If you have any questions regarding AP Exams, please reach out to me at any time.
Sincerely,
Marisa Ackermann
Director of School Counseling

New Date!
Thursday, October 23rd @ 6:00 PM
Dear VHS Community,
As a result of the generosity of Verona Together, Verona High School will be welcoming Dianne Grossman, founder of Mallory’s Army Foundation, to present to our students. Now, the student presentation (during the school day) and community presentation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd at 6:00 PM.
Community Evening Presentation:
6:00 pm – Meet & Greet
6:30 pm – Presentation
8:00 pm – 30-Minute Q&A Session
During her visit, Dianne will share her powerful message addressing complex and important topics such as bullying, suicide, loss, and depression, drawing from her personal experiences and her mission to empower kindness and resilience in young people. She utilizes her daughter Mallory’s story to inspire students to choose kindness and build a respectful community.
When the assembly takes place, school counselors will be present to support students as they process the sensitive but important issues raised in Dianne’s message. At the conclusion of the program, each student will receive a Blue Band as a reminder to contribute to a culture of kindness.
Dianne’s advocacy through Mallory’s Army has touched countless lives. Having her share her story in Verona will be an important opportunity for our community to come together to listen, learn, and engage in meaningful dialogue.
We are deeply grateful to Verona Together for making this event possible, and we look forward to sharing updated details soon.
Sincerely,
VHS Administration
