Dear Parents/Guardians,

As we prepare for the upcoming Fall 2026–27 sports and marching band/color guard season, this is a reminder that all students must have a current physical on file at VHS each school year in order to participate.

This year, we are strongly recommending that families submit completed physicals by June 15th. Submitting forms ahead of the summer is encouraged, as it helps prevent delays in clearance and ensures students are fully eligible and ready to participate at the start of the season.

We understand that scheduling appointments within this timeframe may not be possible for every family; however, early submission is highly encouraged whenever feasible.
