Our Mission:

Hope.

Join us for the inaugural "Be The Match" Charity Cornhole Tournament...

on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the Verona Community Center. Proceeds from this event will be donated to "Be The Match" a national bone marrow registry and 501c3 Non-Profit. Every three minutes someone is diagnosed with a deadly blood cancer like leukemia or aplastic anemia. For many, their only hope is a bone marrow transplant. By joining their registry, donating, and/or sponsoring, you can help save someone’s life.

There is a Kids Zone free of charge, featuring a bounce house, games, face painting and balloons. Visitors and spectators are welcome. There will be music, food and beverages on site for purchase provided by local restaurants and vendors.

Registration Begins at 2pm, Tournament starts at 3pm.

Meet Veronica

Veronica is a smart, loving and determined 7 year old. Her interests include Art, Outdoor Activities, Watching Movies, and Singing. Her favorite songs are "Can't stop the feeling" and "Fight song". Veronica was first diagnosed with Autosomal Dominant Osteoporosis Type 2 in March of 2017 through genetic testing performed at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Osteopetrosis is a disease that causes bones to be abnormally dense and making them more prone to fractures. Due to the abnormal growth of bones it can cause things like stunted growth, vision/hearing loss, Anemia, Osteomyelitis (bone infection) and can ultimately lead to bonemarrow failure. Unfortunately she came back with zero potential matches in the national database. We are still searching for a potential Bone marrow donor who can BE THE MATCH we have so desperately hoped for and change/save Veronica’s life!
